Hey, I like it!
My only critique is the few greenish-grayish lines I see; one by his belly, by his front arm and one by his bum... they look a bit outta place. But hey! I know nothing about pixel art

Maybe this will help. Sorry if this will be confusing - I am bad with names for specific parts of dog anatomy.

The right arm dark brown lines on the shoulder are too long. The leg itself a too long by 1/5th.
Transition on right back leg is too heavy white and brown shades make it look like two separate round forms.
Left ear is pointing into the ground it should be flat if the dog is lying on the ground which he kind does.
There is a line in the middle of stomach that makes it look like some sort of injury or what. I guess that was supposed to be rib line.

Oh well, I should stop before you get crazy reading my blable.
